The Village Improvement Society is thrilled to announce that we have an opportunity to purchase the treed lot in the heart of Dennis Village on historic Route 6A for $1,500,000. This wooded 1 acre parcel is opposite our Village Green between the ice cream shop and the historic 1854 building at the corner of Hope Lane.

A group of spirited citizens are leading this effort to secure significant
donations and pledges by May 1, 2024. The VIS has pledged $150,000
as a foundational gift.

The Village Improvement Society has set up a special account for this fundraising initiative.
